What Is It?

This Picture was taken with a GOVERNMENT WEBCAM in a NO FLY ZONE over DC.

I have all links upon request.

I personally think it may be an unmanned drone however, a no fly zone is a no fly zone.

The unusual image recorded on a Washington, D.C., webcam in the early morning hours of Feb. 10 has sparked interest in the United States and around the world. A strange-looking photo from a National Park Service webcam in Washington, D.C., was sent out over the Web between approximately 3:15 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. EST, Feb 10, 2005.

The webcam photo image initially appeared to show an apparently large, flat, metallic-appearing object with the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and U.S. Capitol building in the background. However, the photo has also been interpreted as possibly being a time-lapse image of a passenger jet or other conventional aircraft.

The research and operations staff of IntelDesk.com came to no conclusions about what the image represents, other than it appeared unusual and interesting. Theories that it is a time-lapse image of a conventional aircraft are certainly valid, in our view. We also were aware that many reports of sightings of other objects in the sky do not appear to be conventional aircraft.

The unusual image recorded on a Washington, D.C., webcam in the early morning hours of Feb. 10 has sparked interest in the United States and around the world.

A strange-looking photo from a National Park Service webcam was sent out over the Web between approximately 3:15 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. EST, Feb 10, 2005.

The webcam is located at the Netherlands Carillon, on the Virginia shore of the Potomac River, bordering the northern end of Arlington National Cemetery and adjacent to the United States Marine Corps War Memorial. The camera faces east.

IntelDesk.com was one of the recipients of the webcam feed. A staff member of IntelDesk.com was doing maintenance on our Web site when he noticed the unusual image. He reported the odd photo image to National Park Service police in Washington as well as the National UFO Reporting Center (NUFORC.org). He also posted the webcam photos on the IntelDesk.com Web site.

The webcam photo image initially appeared to show an apparently large, flat, metallic-appearing object with the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and U.S. Capitol building in the background.

However, the photo has also been interpreted as possibly being a time-lapse image of a passenger jet or other conventional aircraft.

Soon, news of the unusual photo spread. The Web site of Art Bell�s Coast to Coast radio program carried the photo, as did other Web sites interested in unexplained phenomenon in the skies. Though no hard conclusions were reached about the photo, many people examining the photo agreed that it was unusual looking.

The object appeared to be at a low altitude over or near the Potomac River. Initial inquiries to local airports indicated that there were no scheduled flights landing at that time. However, other passenger or military aircraft in the area cannot be ruled out.

IntelDesk.com experienced a significant increase in visitors on Saturday, Feb. 12, and Sunday, Feb. 13. Page visits on the site increased from 14,257 on Saturday to 33,334 by mid-evening on Sunday, Feb. 13. The site also experienced visits from people around world. IntelDesk.com received many e-mails from site members and visitors with interesting and intelligent comments and feedback.

UFO sighted over Washington DC

While doing maintenace on the inteldesk.com website, I noticed something odd about the
Washington image feed, and queried further. Some screen shots were taken

A telephone call was placed to NUFORC.org. Hotline 206-722-3000 .
The call was answered by the Director. Instructions were given to email the link,

I feel this is another example of the Covert deceitful Government we currently have and have probably had forever.
